Seeking an individual to be the face of our prestigious hotel during the overnight hours in Helena, MT.

Responsibilities entail greeting and registering guests, delivering prompt and courteous service, and ensuring precise billing upon check-out to maintain our exceptional standards.

As a Night Auditor - Front Desk Associate, you will act as a hotel ambassador, furnishing guests with details about hotel amenities, local points of interest, and dining choices, all while extending a warm welcome to every hotel guest.

Come be a part of our acclaimed hotel team and embrace the night shift from 11 pm to 7 am.

Responsibilities:

Audits, balances, and reports on the various areas of the hotel (e.g., food and beverage, rooms, front desk, gift shop, etc.) to provide accurate and timely financial information on the hotel's operational performance for the day. Oversees front office/front desk operations during the overnight shift.
Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and compiles information for the hotel's financial records.
Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics.
Prepares summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day.
Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts. Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers.
Verifies all account postings and balances.
Summarizes results of operations and prepares reports for management.
Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent.
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Attention to detail.
Loves numbers and is able to balance each night.
Attentive with excellent customer service.
The right applicant will be computer savvy and an exceptional multi-tasker who has a passion for creating truly memorable guest experiences. This is a client-facing position and requires a professional appearance. Facial piercings will need to be removed during working hours. Applicant should have hotel relevant experience with Midscale hotels.
The majority of the time employees are on their own and time will be spent standing behind the desk assisting guests.
Must have open availability and flexibility and be able to work weekends.
Reliability is an absolute must

Compensation:
$14 - $17 hourly
