Job Overview

The RN is responsible for overseeing, evaluating, and administering medications, treatments, and ensuring top-quality care and cooperation within the facility, following established protocols and guidelines.
Contribute to the hospital's commitment to exceptional patient care within a compassionate environment, fostering positive staff relationships and achieving departmental objectives.
Deliver exceptional care to patients, residents, visitors, and colleagues consistently.
Perform all duties in alignment with regulatory standards, accrediting bodies, and the hospital's Catholic principles and values of hospitality, compassion, and stewardship.
Adhere to the regulations of relevant agencies and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

Educational Requirements

Graduate from a recognized nursing school, holding an Associate Degree or B.S. in nursing is preferable.
Background in long-term care for at least 1 year is advantageous.

Licenses & Certifications

Current RN license in South Dakota or eligible for 'multi-state privilege' if residing in a compact state outside SD.
BLS Certification required within 60 days of employment.

Work Schedule

PRN basis, per requirements.

Compensation

Hourly pay scale for this role varies. Actual rate will be based on individual experience.

$46.50 per hour
