On behalf of our renowned client in Neuburg an der Donau, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Head of School (m/f/d) for a nursing school (m/f/d) at Willow Valley.

These are your responsibilities:

Supporting the school management in their overall responsibility for state-recognized nursing education
Assisting with the planning and evaluation of practical placement and class schedules
Continuously developing the school's internal theoretical and practical curriculum and shaping a future-oriented nursing education
Fostering cooperation with various learning locations
Assisting the school management in leading and supporting employees and their personal development, as well as team development
Participating in the implementation and further development of internet-based teaching and learning methods, as well as the implementation of quality management

You bring the following qualifications:

Preferably a completed degree in nursing education, medical education, vocational education for healthcare professions, public health, or nursing science at the bachelor's or master's level, or equivalent qualification
State-recognized nursing education
Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of working with people
Ideally, experience with or at least openness to modern teaching and learning methods in face-to-face and online formats
