    Description
    CGI is seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO Advisory Director with expertise in Onestream Software to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consulting, coupled with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Onestream Software solutions for clients.

    As a key member of our consulting team, the CFO Advisory Director will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial strategy, process improvement, and technology adoption, with a focus on leveraging Onestream Software to drive efficiencies and enhance financial performance.

    Location preference is Pittsburgh, PA.

    Your future duties and responsibilities


    • Provide strategic advisory services to CFOs and finance executives, helping them optimize financial processes, automate financial planning, streamline reporting, and improve decision-making capabilities.
    • Lead and manage Onestream Software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives and requirements.
    • Conduct assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within clients' financial operations.
    • Develop and deliver client presentations, workshops, and training sessions on Onestream Software functionality, best practices, and use cases.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on Onestream Software, staying current with industry trends, updates, and new features to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships based on value delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    Required qualifications to be successful in this role


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial consulting, advisory services, or corporate finance, with a focus on process improvement, performance management, and technology solutions.
    • Proven expertise in Onestream Software, including implementation, configuration, and optimization experience; Onestream certification preferred.
    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and driving business results.
