- Maintains clean resident ledgers and records all adjustments under Delinquent Notes in Entrata.
- Manages purchase orders and invoices as deemed necessary by Community Manager and collaborates with accounting team during monthly reviews.
- Works with Community Manager to initiate and manage eviction process, when necessary.
- Works with Community Manager to process all FMOs monthly, including cancelled/denied applicants.
- Schedules and performs move out walks to provide assessment for damages.
- Ensures all move ins/move out/transfers are processed daily and ensures all Notice to Vacates, transfers, and renewals are correctly entered into Entrata.
- Reviews and manages property budgets alongside Community Manager, performs monthly Security Deposit Audits, and reviews accuracy of monthly rent billing.
- Supports and assists all business management efforts at the community.
- Understands and collaborates on all BIC (Best In Class) metrics through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as it pertains to business operations.
- Bachelors degree in business or related discipline preferred, high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
