Your tasks

Planning, organizing and possibly conducting nursing visits, service and team meetings, as well as resident and family discussions
Personnel management and leadership of the nursing and social care departments in close coordination with the PDL
Ensuring nursing quality and documentation according to MDK-QPR
Participation in basic and treatment care
