- Lead IT-Security projects to envision, define and implement improved cyber-security processes and systems, such as improved Cloud Security Architecture, Secure Network Design and Continuous Monitoring
- Create and manage our cloud security program, ensuring the security of core business processes, reduce and respond to cyber incidents
- Prepare risk assessments and security authorization documentation
- Work with Infrastructure and Networking teams to review processes and implement process improvements and contribute to Risk Based Assessments of the security program
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify and remediate any weaknesses in our infrastructure.
- Prepare reports and presentations for IT and Security Management and support security audits
- Coordinate with third party SOC and associated log feeds and SOC generated tickets, including providing input to continuously improve analysis and visibility
- Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our security posture
- 5+ years' technical experience in general information security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable cloud security experience and skillset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize in a high volume environment with competing demands
- Strong Azure background a major plus
- Industry related degree is preferred
- Industry certification is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in IT Security with a focus on cloud, and infrastructure security
- Experience with any of the following technologies a plus: firewalls (such as Palo Alto or Cisco), endpoint detection and response (Crowdstrike, Defender, etc), Privileged Access Management (Delinea, CyberArk, etc), Identity Governance & Administration (Saviynt), Web Application Firewall (Akamai)
- Cloud Experience: Azure security capabilities, VMware ESXi, Business Class Hardware/Cloud Firewalls (Cisco ASA and Palo Alto, Barracuda), VPN Appliances
