JOB OBJECTIVE


Responsible for all Material Handling Sales Activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory while working within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with our company vision and values.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid drivers' license with a clean MVR
  • Completion of drug screening and physical
  • Nice car with a minimum of 100/300 Liability Insurance
  • Clean background check
  • Selfstarter who is financially motivated
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Significant local travel to current and potential customers
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public

JOB SPECIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, pipeline, forecasts, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain contact with all assigned customer accounts to ensure elevated levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Source and develop strong business relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Maximizes all opportunities in closing a sale resulting in increased market share.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and customers of the various solutions the company offers.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and followup activities within assigned territory, including use of Microsoft CRM Dynamics to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Followup on new and existing sales leads, quotes and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Develop sales strategies and forecasts.
  • Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Create and conduct effective proposals, quotations & customer correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Complete understanding of pricing and service proposals.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Followup for collection of payment when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
