**Retail Sales Associate | Part Time**

Omaha, NE **Retail Sales Associate | Part Time**

As a Retail Sales Associate at 88 Tactical you will be directly responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, helping merchandise the sales floor, while playing a vital role in making our retail experience a positive one. Top-notch customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to learn product knowledge quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Daily tasks include assisting customers through firearm purchase, checking students in for classes and acting as a cashier at the registers. Candidates must possess effective communication skills, a personable attitude, and a great work ethic.

**The responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

o Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store

o Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers

o Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value

o Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons

o Organize and replenish front stock and help merchandise store

o Maintain a clean and tidy work and retail space

o Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts

o Organize and replenish front stock and help merchandise store

o Take direction from and report to assigned supervisor

o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

*Requirements:*

o Excellent interpersonal skills, including having an approachable and friendly manner

o Good time and task management skills, including prioritizing and changing tasks easily

o Flexibility to work nights and weekends (required)

o Highly self-motivated and able to work without direction

o Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems (required)

o 2+ years retail experience (preferred)

**Physical Requirements**

o Work inside at a shooting range facility.

o Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time.

o Lift, carry and transfer up to 30 pounds at any given time.

**Pay Range:**

Hourly starting at $12.00

o Negotiable based upon experience.
