The University Medicine Greifswald - Public Corporation - is looking to fill the following position in the Procurement and Medical Technology department, Tender Management division:

Strategic Purchasing and Tender Management Employee

Starting immediately, full-time, permanent
Procurement and Medical Technology department, Tender Management division

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of procurement measures in cross-departmental project work, with a focus on investment goods/medical devices
  • Execution of national and EU-wide tenders in accordance with legal regulations (UVgO, VgV, GWB) including processing and documentation of tenders in the tender management system (VMS)
  • Identification and realization of cost-saving potentials
  • Preparation of performance descriptions (focus on investment goods, medical devices)
  • Optimization of product portfolio and product standardization
  • User consultation
  • Procurement marketing: market observation, forecasting, and analysis
  • Preparation of evaluations for information and decision-making support in projects
  • Project management for large procurement projects

Our requirements:

  • Completed university degree (at least Bachelor's or FH diploma) in business administration, industrial engineering, business
