Summary


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize computer skills to assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries.
  • Manage calendars and appointments, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Support office operations by handling front desk duties and managing multiline phone systems.
  • Assist with event planning and project coordination as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for various clerical tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient care plans and support senior care initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on senior care
  • Administrative experience, particularly in a office setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
  • Ability to manage calendars and coordinate projects
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multiline phone systems
  • Experience with proofreading, transcription, and event planning
  • Previous clerical experience, including filing and office management
  • Certification in care plans or related field is a plus

Job Types:
