Qualifications:
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience, with a focus on senior care
- Administrative experience, particularly in a office setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Ability to manage calendars and coordinate projects
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multiline phone systems
- Experience with proofreading, transcription, and event planning
- Previous clerical experience, including filing and office management
- Certification in care plans or related field is a plus
