Job Summary:
Installogy Pros a division of Cline Construction and Renovation, LLC specializes in expert, efficient third party Installations. Our focus is on accuracy and efficiency with a brand conscious approach, designed to mesh seamlessly with Product providers. We are looking for anexperienced cabinet installerto join our Team. The primary focus for this role will be to provide an expert home installation service for our customers according to the Installogy Pros standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review and approve installation PO's within the required timeframe.
- Review and update availability using the Buildertrend App for easy scheduling.
- Arrive on time at the customer's home with proper tools for Installation of preassembled cabinets.
- Check inventory against order summary while unboxing cabinet materials and appliances if included.
- Install prefabricated cabinetry and associated cabinet feet, toe kick, light rail, crown moulding, decor panels, decor pieces and accessories such as door knobs per design plans and fitter summary.
- Dry fit appliances as per design connection not included in compensation _(Installer may invoice client)_
- Properly cut and fit luxury laminate countertops and/or butcher block countertops _(includes cut outs)_
- Install Tek-Wall Backsplash if included in order (3/8" Formica material).
- Submit daily progress photos and updates for management review using the Buildertrend App.
- Collect closing paperwork from the client upon completion of Installation of cabinets.
Qualifications
- 5 years of cabinet installation experience or carpentry related work
- Ability to read and review installation work lists, and design plans and elevations.
- Ability to plan, predict, and anticipate future needs and act proactively.
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem resolution skills
- Accuracy and efficiency in laying out, cutting and fitting casework, millwork and related trim per design.
- Proficiency with hand tools & specialty tools
- Strong ability to calculate various angles, and measurements related to custom casework and millwork.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible for employment in the US and have valid legal documents and identification.
- Access to a computer and smartphone with a reliable service plan. (good working knowledge is a plus)
- State licenses and insurance (general liability, and commercial auto)
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport tools to and from job sites.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 80 lbs.
- Proficient in basic math skills required.
- Must be willing to complete installs within Newington and surrounding areas job locations will vary

$65, $85,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Weekends as needed
