Your tasks:


  • Personnel and vehicle scheduling, taking into account economic aspects
  • Participation in strategic personnel planning
  • Creation and optimization of waste collection and route plans
  • Order acceptance and processing in the IT system
  • Contact person for drivers/loaders and use of temporary staff
  • Operational control of material flows
  • Coordination of internal transport and subcontractors across branches
  • Review and processing of daily reports from drivers and forwarding to crossdepartmental processing
  • Recording of insurance claims and reporting of accidents to the claims department
  • Documentation and maintenance of vehicle documents
  • Technical support for statistics
  • Verification of driving and rest times

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of waste management and solid business knowledge, experience in order billing is an advantage
  • Independent work style
  • Initiative and teamwork
  • Good to very good IT skills in MS Office
  • Determination and flexibility
  • Customeroriented behavior
