A Perfect Choice Home Care is hiring for an Office Assistant to add to our Lakewood Ranch office location.We are a private duty in-home care agency seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our growing Team. Position is Monday-Friday from 9a-5p with a one weekend a month requirement.
Job duties will include but not limited to:
Answering phones
Ensuring 100% compliance with AHCA guidelines with all caregivers files
Scheduling Interviews
Client Scheduling Duties
Qualifications Include:
Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screen
Computer Experience in Gmail, Excel, Word
Proficient in typing
Office Experience
Caregiver Experience
Scheduling experience is a plus
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
