The Operator is responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner.Capable of Building Layout and Interpreting Construction Documents
Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, Building Owners, and City Officials
Basic Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (word, excel, outlook, Microsoft project, adobe)
Material Deliveries
Knowledge of Sitework/Earthwork for Commercail and light industrial projects.
Able to lift 50 lbs, trained to work 6 ft above ground in aerial platforms, and is fit to work in extreme outdoor environments
You will provide feedback to estimators for use in future bidding or negotiations, especially subcontractor performance evaluations.
