Description

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Familiarity with international product safety, electrical safety codes and regulatory standards: including CUE, IEC, ISO 13849, IEC 62061, ANSI/RIA 15.06, NFPA 70E, UL 508A, IEC 60204

Key job responsibilities

Maintain an up to date understanding of Electrical Safety regionalglobal regulatory requirements and industry best practices and be able to build compliance systems and programs around these requirements.
Develop and improve maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems, including audits of existing programs in compliance with local codes and global standards
Partner with Risk Management and other key stakeholders in changes to the electrical system maintenance programs, aligning with insurance requirements as applicable, including system inspections and testing
Experience leading change across multiple sites/locations and the ability to influence those that are not direct reports or within your organization.
Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with product development and testing
Audit electrical system maintenance practices regionally globally to identify deviations and corrective actions.
Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports, and escalate as necessary to drive improvements to maintenance activities, or immediate corrective actions to electrical systems.
Develop and improve installation, commissioning, and inspection processes, including audit practices, related to electrical systems.
Provide support to global electrical safety program as required
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in electrical safety in supporting stakeholders from multiple organizations.
Consult, answer questions, perform studies, research and direct electrical safety operations and procedures.
