Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

Proven Leadership: Experience leading in a full-service, upscale restaurant
High Volume Expertise: Must have managed venues with $4M+ in annual sales
Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work late hours
Training Proficiency: Skilled in front-of-house training systems
Event Management: Capable of handling private events
Hospitality Enthusiast: Strong passion for delivering outstanding guest services
NRO Experience: Highly desirable
