    Our high-volume restaurant is looking for a dynamic and flexible leader who can provide our diners with an exceptional experience. As restaurant general manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service. The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.     Compensation:

    $65,000 to $75,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
    • Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution
    • Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
    • Undertake routine assessments of team members' performance and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions through performance management
    • Ensure the maximum guest satisfaction while dining in the restaurant
    Qualifications:
    • Computer skills and experience with MS Office strongly desired
    • Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required
    • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
    • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
    • Must have 5+ years prior experience as a Restaurant General manager
