We are currently looking for a
Windows Client Supporter (m/f/d) for a client in
Hamburg.


Responsibilities:


  • Onsite Windows client support for the client
  • Support for technical applications
  • Coordination and escalation of issues to other departments (e.g. network issues)
  • Support for VM Ware hosts

Qualifications:


  • Completed training as a "Fachinformatiker Systemintegration"
  • Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Windows server administration
  • Careful and appropriate communication with clients
  • Structured work approach

Nice-to-Have:


  • Knowledge of Linux servers is desirable
