Join our 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday, 4PM-2AM) Production team as an Assembler.In this role, you'll be pivotal in assembling our cutting-edge LED lighting fixtures and systems, meticulously following work instructions and conducting thorough quality checks.

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus, but not required - what matters most is your dedication and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Assemble LED lighting fixtures and systems following standard procedures.
- Utilize hand tools, equipment, and machinery proficiently.
- Follow work instructions and wiring diagrams to ensure product quality and workflow efficiency.
- Navigate computer touch screens to access and select correct instructions.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple product lines.
- Verify materials against work order bill of materials.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Conduct product testing and quality checks.
- Operate pallet jack occasionally to move products.
- Perform labeling, date coding, and packaging tasks as needed.
- Complete all required work order documentation accurately.
- Communicate concerns to Supervisor and assist in problem resolution.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure products meet engineering, certification, and customer requirements.
- Record personal or team productivity data daily.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to understand production volume & quality and contributes to team or production line goals and timelines.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and basic math.
- Willingness to learn and operate assembly tools.
- Ability to comprehend production work orders and assemble, test, and pack products accurately.
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to occasional overtime.
- Professional conduct and motivated work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for full 10hour shifts and lift and carry 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to perform various physical tasks such as twisting, bending, and reaching.
- Comfortable with wearing required PPE, such as teel toes, safety glasses and gloves.
