We are currently seeking a Regional Manager for 8 outpatient and home care services for this prestigious client in the Greater Lingen (Ems), Münster, and Westerstede areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the economic, professional, and personnel aspects of the outpatient services
Developing and implementing sustainable strategies for the business area
Ensuring compliance with current quality standards and legal requirements
Providing professional and empathetic care to clients.
