Job Description Business Analyst for Primary Dealership**
Location: NYC, NY (Day 1 Onsite Hybrid Mandatory) / REMOTE (Will Try)

Mandatory Skills:
Business Analyst, Primary Dealership, and FR2004 Reporting.

Duties:


  • Oversee the creation and approval of core project documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, user acceptance testing.
  • Documentation of all required meeting materials
  • Risk and issue identification, communication and resolution.
  • Working with functional leads and fronttoback stakeholders in the development of workstream strategy and delivery.
  • Objectives planning, defining scope and deliverables
  • Project plan development including activity planning, sequencing and resource management
  • Research regulatory impact of new business initiatives on margin policies.
  • Learn regulatory jurisdictions outside of the US and the interplay of regulatory rules between jurisdictions affecting our interaffiliate transactions
  • Continue to improve automation for all aspects of regulatory requirements.
  • Further document and improve regulatory controls and procedures.
  • Participate in external audits and queries from regulators and auditors

Skills:


  • Delivery of large multifunctional projects.
  • Experience in the development of program documentation as noted above
  • Ability to present well and communicate clearly
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills a requirement
  • Fiveplus years of margin operations experience related to Regulation T, FINRA Rule 4210
  • Prior experience in a highly automated environment and the ability to recommend a system or process improvements is a plus.
