Program Manager, Customer Immersion Responsibilities:

Run crossfunctional virtual meetings to understand immersion goals and to prepare teams for direct client interactions
Work with our Sales teams to identify appropriate clients for each client meeting
Work directly with clients to coordinate scheduling of client meetings and set expectations
Compile key product and market information into client briefs and immersion prep documents
Work with vendors to provide in market translation support
Coordinate and lead team debrief sessions
Communicate proactively to mitigate challenges, roadblocks in immersion preparation
Simultaneously manage multiple immersion projects on different product teams

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Program Management
Bachelor's degree
Experience managing relationships in an organization both internally and externally
Communication skills and experience collaborating with a team and crossfunctional partners
Experience organizing project plans, setting priorities and developing timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Sales or Advertising
Experience working in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment
