Position Summary


The primary functional role of the _Administrative Assistant _is to provide assistance with multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • The duties and responsibilities of the _Administrative Assistant _shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Create, update, and monitor data in multiple accounting systems
  • Miscellaneous report updates
  • Determine and review past due accounts
  • Payroll input and reconciliation
  • Create and manage SharePoint files
  • General supply tracking and purchasing
  • Telephone/Reception duties
  • Mail preparation, shipping, and delivery confirmation
  • Filing including electronic
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Monthly report generation
  • Other administrative duties as needed to ensure the overall success of BLDI

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Associate's degree in general office procedures.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Electronic Database experience required.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs.
  • Applied working knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping practices
  • Must be fluent in reading and in interpreting information related to environmental due diligence reports and human resources and benefits information along with business writing
  • The ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritize the assigned tasks and work independently in a fastpaced work environment.
  • The ability to establish rapport and trust with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
