Job Summary:


Duties:


  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy.
  • Conduct outbound calling for followups and sales opportunities.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous.
  • Experience in outbound calling or sales is beneficial.
