The FINOVESTA GmbH is looking for an Office Manager/ Team Assistant (m/f/d) with weekly hours. The FINOVESTA GmbH is a dynamic, steadily growing and healthy company with currently 43 employees. The core business is trading in securities and derivatives of all kinds. FINOVESTA holds its own memberships at many national and international stock exchanges and is additionally connected to other markets through brokers. FINOVESTA exclusively conducts business in its own name and on its own account. Innovative trading strategies, state-of-the-art technology, as well as excellently trained and motivated employees are the key to the company's constant success. In order to further expand our successful business model, we are looking for you as an Office Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for business partners, suppliers and guests at the reception, both in person, by phone and in writing.
  • You are responsible for the telephone switchboard, mail management and ensure smooth communication in German and English.
  • You independently take on various administrative tasks (preparatory accounting tasks, payment of invoices, ordering, archiving of mail and contracts).
  • You support the HR department in communication with applicants and the maintenance of job portals.

Our requirements:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have professional experience in a similar position.
