Competence Management Representative for Single Aisle Structure Assembly (m/f/d) Ref
We are currently seeking a motivated candidate for our client in the aerospace industry, located in Finkenwerder, Germany. This position is available immediately as part of a temporary employment contract.

Responsibilities:
The incumbent (m/f/d) will work as a Competence Management Representative for Single Aisle Structure Assembly.

Develop the competence and training strategy for Single Aisle Structure Assembly, using consolidated personnel planning and central competence management (for all related job profiles)
Monitor competence development trends in the respective production areas/halls of structure assembly and evaluate resulting risks and opportunities
Prepare recommendations and decision proposals for center management
Coordinate qualification and training activities with finance, HR, quality, and production departments, and develop harmonized processes, tools, and standards
Manage crossfunctional interfaces and stakeholders

Independent, structured, and resultsoriented work to achieve goals on time and efficiently coordinate work processes
