The publishing company Dashöfer has been providing education for curious individuals for over 30 years and offers innovative learning opportunities with over 1,500 seminar topics.

Our work is just as forward-thinking as our offerings, as we have been providing not only in-person, but also online seminars for several years.


To support our experts in our online seminars, we are currently looking for additional moderators who can provide friendly customer service for all seminar-related matters.

This position is for 20 hours per week and is available immediately.


If you enjoy interacting with people, have a pleasant demeanor, and are confident in front of the camera, then we should get to know each other This role offers diverse tasks and the opportunity to showcase and expand your skills - all from the comfort of your home office.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Setting up virtual seminar rooms on the respective platforms (MS Teams, Edudip)
  • Managing invitations for seminar participants
  • Technical and organizational coordination with our experts
  • Greeting participants at the start of the seminar (microphone & webcam)
  • Providing technical support during the seminar
  • Documenting the seminar progress in our system

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Excellent German language skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
