Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het
analyseren van
markttrends , het identificeren van toekomstige behoeften en het bijdragen aan strategische besluitvorming.
Je werkt nauw samen met Operations om de
productie-efficiëntie
en de kwaliteit ervan te waarborgen en te optimaliseren.
Je speelt een actieve rol in het verkennen van nieuwe technologieën en volgt de laatste trends in de foaming-industrie, ook hier met een focus op het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en processen.
Je werkt samen met collega's in Wellen, maar streeft naar een constructieve samenwerking met het hoofdkantoor in Anzegem, evenals de productiefaciliteit in Polen.
Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van
de investeringsanalyses
en business cases voor nieuwe projecten en initiatieven, waarbij je de financiële haalbaarheid en potentiële voordelen evalueert.
Profiel
Je combineert een masterdiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen met een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie, binnen een procesgedreven productieomgeving.
Je hebt kennis van polymeren en de chemische industrie, of een reeds diepgaand begrip van productieprocessen binnen een industrie.
Kennis van de kunstof- of verpakkingssector is een grote meerwaarde.
Je bent zeer analytisch ingesteld, je werkt graag projectmatig en denkt op een probleemoplossende manier.
Je beweegt vlot tussen alle afdelingen en verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie.
Je overlegt met alle betrokken partijen in een project en weet anderen te overtuigen van je ideeën
Je beschikt over sterke communicatievaardigheden en beheerst perfect het Nederlands en Engels.
Je bent hands-on en durft initiatieven te nemen en voorstellen te doen.
