- Ensureregulatory and internal control requirements are met.
- Immediatelyrespond to suspicious, unusual activities that violate gaming regulations.
- Responsible forhiring, training, firing, and disciplinary counseling of department staff.
- Conductstraining and testing of all gaming areas, regulations, internal controls andpolicies and procedures.
- Ensureconfidentiality is maintained in the department.
- Cooperate andassist with departmental and law enforcement agency investigations.
- Other relatedprojects and/or duties as assigned by management.
- The detectionof the presence of any person who may or is required to be excluded or ejectedfrom the licensed facility under section 1514 or 1515 of the act (relating toregulation requiring exclusion of certain persons; repeat offenders excludablefrom licensed gaming facility) and Chapters 511a and 513a (relating to personsrequired to be excluded; and underage gaming), or is self-excluded from thegaming floor and gaming activities at all licensed facilities under section1516 of the act (relating to list of persons self-excluded from gamingactivities) and Chapter 503a (relating to self-exclusion).
- Must be atleast 21 years of age.
- At least five(5) years surveillance experience and previous supervisory experiencedpreferred.
- Possess athorough knowledge of all table games rules, procedures, and gamingregulations.
- Workingknowledge of surveillance software and Microsoft Office programs such as exceland word.
- Knowledge ofsurveillance equipment such as handheld radios, video recorders and rewinddevices.
- Must be able toobtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required bylocal gaming regulations.
