We're looking for an organized, energetic and career focused Medical Assistant needed to support the growing needs of the company in the front and back office.

This Medical Assistant will have the ability to multi-task, have strong administrative skills, speak Spanish, and exhibit leadership qualities conducive for management.

This MA will be groomed by the leadership for a management position if he/she fulfills appropriate competence levels across administrative and clinical duties.

You will need to be able to balance the needs of patients and maintain an efficient workflow between both clinical and administrative aspects of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Pleasant Disposition, Punctual, & Reliable
• Maintenance of a clean and adequately stocked clinical environment.
• Timely coordination of patients visits with providers in clinic environment.
• Assist physician with patient procedures.
• Assist in managing provider schedules
• Rooming patients which include prep with photos, signing consents, and recording vitals.
• Followup patient phone calls for postoperative patients.
• Administrative tasks
• Collecting copays
• Prep patients for procedures and assist in clean up.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
