The Federal Working Group for Protestant Youth Social Work (BAG EJSA) implements cross-organizational offers in the areas of public relations, statistics, and digitalization for the approximately 500 youth migration services nationwide through its Youth Migration Service Office in Bonn.

For our office in Bonn, we are looking for a
Project Employee %) to start on
June 1st or later, initially on a fixed-term contract until December 31st, 2024.


The nationwide JMD program "Respect Coaches" is funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and aims to provide primary preventive services in schools.

The JMD Service Office is responsible for cross-organizational public relations and statistics for this program.


Your tasks include supporting project coordination, in particular:

  • Assisting in the development of measures for public relations (including social media) and managing program websites. Researching new materials for public relations.
  • Participation in the area of statistics, including organizing (online) training on the use of statistical software (conference management) and creating corresponding seminar materials.
  • Office and knowledge management, reporting
  • Invoice processing, invoice verification, preparatory work for accounting and utilization reports
  • Creating seminar materials and presentations for work meetings and lectures

Your profile

  • Vocational training in office management, public relations, media design, or a degree in administration, communication/social sciences
