Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and submitting VMR inspection reports (VMR lists, SDD recommendation) to RPOs (Rental Property Owners) and PMs (Property Managers)
- Obtaining proposals and getting approval from RPOs
- Handle, monitor and coordinate SD refund with the PMs and accounting department
- Meeting vendors
- Adding new vendors to work with
- Monitoring maintenance technician's schedule
- Monitoring maintenance technician's work
- Providing progress and completion reporting to RPOs and PMs
- Performing VMR inspections (initial and final VMR inspections)
- Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar office productivity tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Customer serviceoriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional support to patients
- Previous experience working in real estate or property management required.
