Premier Automotive Repair Company ("PARC Auto") is a leading Meineke Car Care franchisee in the greater Louisville, KY area.

PARC Auto offers oil changes, brake repair, exhaust services, and tire, wheel and fluid changes to retail and commercial fleet customers.

We also have a focus on acquiring auto repair service businesses from other independent operators or franchisees who may be ready to sell.

**Summary: PARC Auto is seeking a District Manager to direct and oversee the management of overall daily operations of multiple store locations in the Houston/Austin Market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in achieving aggressive sales and profitability goals while ensuring exceptional customer service across all locations. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring direct reports to achieve the Company's goals and objectives. Some travel will be required. CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO LIVE IN THE MARKET. NO RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to ensure all stores achieve or exceed financial targets, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and implement districtspecific sales and marketing plans to drive customer traffic and revenue growth
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of Store Managers, providing coaching and mentorship to develop their leadership skills
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Make sure each store is maintaining a neat, orderly, and safe environment
  • Identify and implement costsaving measures to improve overall district profitability
  • Manage district inventory levels and ensure efficient parts distribution across all stores
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for Store Manager and other key positions
  • Coach and train Managers on hiring practices, scheduling, employee relations and workplace conflict management
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations to generate new customer leads
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze various reports to monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Make regular visits to stores in market (must be in a store every day you are working)
  • Consistently and accurately manages the store budget for each store assigned
  • Reinforce the high level of customer service required at every store
  • Partner with Human Resources to help investigate and resolve employee complaints
  • Implement systems/processes for loss prevention in the areas of warranty claims, safety and workers comp with support from HR
  • Addressing operational problems that arise Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred in a Retail Store Environment
  • 57 years of successful management experience preferred (multiunits) in Automotive or related industry
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Computer fluency required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking
  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to travel to other markets if needed
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations

Education:


  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; some College preferred
