Job Responsibilities at Pulmonary Clinics of Scottsdale:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff productivity.

Monitor and manage clinic resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to optimize clinic performance.

Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff to support their professional development.

Develop and manage the clinic budget, ensuring financial sustainability and adherence to financial targets.

Monitor clinic financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives as appropriate.

Coordinate with billing and coding staff to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback, addressing any concerns or issues to ensure high-quality patient care.

Continuously evaluate and improve clinic processes to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.

Oversee patient scheduling and appointment management to optimize clinic workflow and minimize wait times.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.

Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve clinic goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of clinic services, working to enhance the clinic's reputation and market position.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

Prior experience as a practice manager in a healthcare environment particularly in a Pulmonary Practice

A processional and friendly demeanor

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in medical billing and coding practices is advantageous.

$ $40.00 per hour

Experience:

20 or more years' experience as a manager in a Pulmonary or other qualified medical office (preferred)

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
