    Description
    Role: SAP Technical ABAP Developer

    Location: New Jersey, NJ

    Position Type: Contract

    As a SAP Technical ABAP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing custom solutions in SAP using ABAP programming language. You will work closely with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting existing systems and ensuring smooth operation of SAP applications.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs and reports, including enhancements, user exits, and BADI implementations.
    • Design, develop and maintain SAP interfaces using various technologies such as RFC, IDoc, ALE, and Web services.
    • Should have expertise in ABAP debugging and performance tuning .
    • Work on Smart Form and Adobe Forms.
    • Should have experience working in upgrade project and managing SPAU & SPDD activities.
    • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SRM, MM, FI.
    • Develop and maintain custom workflow.
    • Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
    • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and provide resolutions to ensure systems are running smoothly.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and apply them to improve system performance and efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ABAP developments, interfaces, and data dictionaries.
