Office Assistant

Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
  • Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Maintain contact lists and database.
  • Call potential customers and schedule appointments
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by management.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in office environment preferred (e.g., Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager).

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $14.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Work Location:
In person
