Office Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Maintain contact lists and database.
- Call potential customers and schedule appointments
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Work on special projects as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in office environment preferred (e.g., Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager).
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
