General Purpose and Scope of Position:\r
\r

The primary role of the Facility Commercial Driver will be driving/operating a Company truck for deliveries of goods and services to a diverse customer base.

The driver also performs general warehouse duties, including but not limited to stocking and retrieving packages and bulk containers, driving a forklift, and general housekeeping.

The driver must enjoy working with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced setting.\r

Responsibilities include:
\r

\r
\r
\tSafe operation of Company delivery truck.\r
\tEnsure all shipments include proper shipping documents.\r
\tPerform vehicle safety inspections.\r
\tMaintain mileage and fuel logs on all vehicles.\r
\tEnsure no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.\r
\tMeet and complete all WECO regulatory safety requirements.\r
\tAttend product training sessions and meetings when necessary.\r
\tA person should be versatile, flexible, and able to effectively multi-task.\r
\tAble to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook.\r
\tHelp maintain warehouse cleanliness.\r
\tNotify the Manager immediately if products spill.\r
\tPresent a professional image to our customers through personal appearance and overall branch cleanliness. \r
\tFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook. \r
\tPerform all other duties as assigned by management professionally and efficiently. \r

High School Diploma or equivalent. \r
\t\r
\t\r

\tLicensing/Certifications:
\r

\t\r
\t\tForklift Driver and Driving Certification (offered on the job).\r
\t\tValid Class A Driver's License required. \r
\t\tHazardous/Doubles/Tank endorsements are preferred but not required. \r
\t\r
\t\r

\tSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
\r

\t\r
\t\tKnowledge and/or experience with feed/agricultural operations (preferred).\r
\t\tRequires excellent interpersonal skills between both customers and fellow employees. \r
\t\tWillingness to operate material handling equipment, including a forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment as required.\r
\t\tAbility to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags to 80 lbs. \r
\t\tWilling and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons.\r

Compensation and Benefits:
\r

\tIn compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position is $ $24.00 per hour. Note that wages may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits. \r
