\t\tGeneral Purpose and Scope of Position:\r
\t\r
\t\tThe primary role of the Night Shift Plant Operator III is to assist in the production of aquaculture feed products, quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness in daily activities. The roles of the Night Shift Plant Operator III vary based on experience and expertise. This role will include operating equipment such as an extruder, grinder, mixer, and pellet machine or warehouse work. This role includes packaging, filling, assisting in the formulation, or housekeeping. Candidates are well-driven self-starters who can work with a close-knit team to meet customers' demands efficiently.\r

\t\t\tMust be at least 18 years of age\r

\t\t\tHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required\r

\t\t\tWillingness to operate material handling equipment, including a forklift, extruder, grinder, mixer, pellet machine, and other equipment as required\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tMust be able to lift to 50 lbs.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tManual dexterity must be able to be on your feet for long periods and must be able to work in a production environment\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAble to follow written and verbal directions and complete the necessary documentation. The ability to read and write English is required\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tWilling to work overtime hours as needed\r

Key Deliverables Include:

\t\t\tWork production line according to production scheduled production job\r

\t\t\tFully knowledgeable in respective areas of work\r

\t\t\tAble to operate equipment independently in respective areas of work.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tWork directly with Plant Operator Leads to guarantee the production, safety, and quality goals of each shift to fulfill company and customer needs.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tInspect all materials for cleanliness and integrity. Report any issues before processing.\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tDocumentation as required in all aspects of job duties\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tLearn and be trained in all the roles needed at the plant (mixing, bagging, forklift, container loading, etc.)\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tOperate processing equipment as outlined in SOPs\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tMaintain facility cleanliness throughout all operations\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tPerform Quality Control while handling products\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tAccurately document tasks performed (processing, maintenance, cleaning, etc.)\r
\t\t\r
\t\t\tResponsible for reporting safety/food safety problems to management, up to and including stopping a production line\r

\t\t\tMaintain all current training.\r

\t\t\t\tIn compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $ $25.74 per hour.
