We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant (m/f/d) for our Bentley / Bugatti location in Düsseldorf, China Lake Acres, CA:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire process of new and used car transactions
  • Supporting the General Manager in all administrative and organizational matters
  • Personal and telephone correspondence with customers in German and English
  • General commercial activities such as customer reception, marketing, IT maintenance, and travel arrangements
  • Representing the company in front of customers, including at trade fairs and events
