We are currently looking for you as a Project Manager for Cost Planning - Quantity Surveying (m/f/d) for DB InfraGo AG at our location in Berlin.
Your tasks will include:
- Creating cost and schedule plans as well as tender documents in accordance with the HOAI performance profile, taking into account technical requirements, standards, and quality guidelines
- Managing a planning team for cost and schedule planning as well as tendering for reception buildings (existing and new), traffic stations, and surrounding areas in accordance with HOAI performance phases 1 to 9
- Coordinating and integrating the plans of other involved specialists as an internal general planner
- Preparing cost estimates for construction and development projects in various projects
- Being responsible for the preparation (procurement strategy) and creation of tenders and participating in the award process in accordance with HOAI performance phases 6 and 7
- Ensuring quality assurance for cost estimates, schedule plans, and tender documents
Your profile:
- You have a degree in architecture or civil
