- Drive performance management linked to key metrics and business drivers to provide insights for effective decision-making
- Enhance the quality, timeliness, and reliability of financial analysis and key performance metrics available to senior management
- Manage the enterprise-wide budget process and consolidate brand-level budgets into a unified financial plan
- Implement process automation to boost efficiency and enhance quality continuously
- Assist in capital raising efforts by preparing for due diligence requests and presenting data effectively
- Develop long-term plans and strategies to prepare the company for a successful IPO
- Collaborate across functions to improve the financial acumen of all leaders
- Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
- Lead strategic planning at the executive level to enhance overall company performance
- Establish and uphold internal controls to manage credit risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage audits and collaborate with external auditors
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Preferably Big 4 / CPA background
- Strong operational acumen, team-building, and leadership skills
- Progressive experience in a wholesale, B2B product environment
- At least 9 years of relevant financial experience, including startup involvement
- Background in developing procedures and policies for customer underwriting and risk management
- Experience in capital markets and managing credit facilities
- Proven track record in financial planning and analysis
- Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in developing data rooms and closing fundraising rounds
- Experience in leading lending initiatives and building financial operations
- Background in forming new team structures
