    Description

    Responsibilities Surface Maintenance and Engineering Planning Program (SURFMEPP) provides centralized surface ship life cycle maintenance engineering, and class maintenance planning and management.

    SURFMEPP's primary mission is to maintain and modernize in-service ships throughout the ship's expected service life focusing on a complete, well-engineered, and continuously improving Class Maintenance Plan (CMP).

    SURFMEPP's Advance Requirements Manager conducts analysis and provides reports and metrics related to planning, analysis, and contract oversight for SURFMEPP's Advance Requirements Division.

    The Requirements Manager will oversee work assignments of contractor support personnel assigned to the Code 330 Division.

    Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Support all aspects of division and department communications, ensuring alignment of messaging.

    * Interact with senior government staff members. * Create charts and graphs to support briefings and reports. * Utilize Microsoft Office Suite applications to analyze and display information in a comprehensive manner that facilitates decision making. Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in a related filed. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis' total compensation package for employees.
