We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager

Team Lead (m/f/d) to join our headquarters in the heart of Augsburg.

Klassik Radio is Germany's most widely distributed private radio station with a strong focus on digital media.

As a publicly traded media company, we operate one of the most successful classical music stations worldwide, organize our own concert tours, and have our own streaming service, Klassik Radio Select.

In Germany, our unique program of classical music, new classics, and film music reaches 6.5 million listeners, and we are also available digitally via DAB+ nationwide in Austria and the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Since 2021, we have also been operating Beats Radio, a nationwide radio station for lounge and house music with an international focus.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all marketing and communication measures for all brands
Creating digital campaigns (media planning) for websites, social media, and performance marketing
Briefing graphic designers for advertisements and campaigns
Negotiating barter agreements
Maintaining constant communication with media and cooperation partners
Organizing and implementing cooperations and events with your team
Ensuring the quality of the corporate design for all appearances and brands
Leading a small team of 3 employees. We are looking for a marketing allrounder who is passionate about our brand. You should have a degree in marketing, media, communication, or a comparable education with several years of professional experience. Ideally, you have experience
