Tasks that will help you move forward- By combining studies and training, you will effectively combine theory and practice.
- You will study "Management in the Healthcare Industry" at the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. The program will be completed after eight semesters with a Bachelor of Science degree.
- In parallel, you will complete a three-year apprenticeship as a social insurance specialist (m/f/d) with us at AOK. This will strengthen your knowledge in the areas of social insurance and legal studies, marketing and data protection, as well as accounting and business studies.
- You will apply the acquired professional, methodological, and personal skills in various areas of work and successfully master diverse challenges in the healthcare industry.
- You have completed your high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification with good grades before starting the dual study program.
- Effective communication is the foundation of your daily actions. Therefore, you are open-minded and able to express yourself well both orally and in writing.
