Your Responsibilities:

Support employees and managers in all personnel matters within a defined area of responsibility
Responsible for recruiting within the designated area
Handling contract matters during employment and acting as a liaison to payroll
Point of contact for managers for HRrelated questions
Participation in the design and optimization of HR processes and special projects for the development of the personnel strategy

Your Profile:

Completed university degree or equivalent education, preferably with a focus on personnel/HR
Professional experience in personnel management
Good knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Selfinitiative, flexibility, conscientiousness, responsibility, and service orientation
