Food and Safety Clerk (m/f/d) for the Food and Safety department.



Your Work Environment:


As a Food and Safety Clerk (m/f/d), you will research and support projects in the areas of food safety, hygiene, environment, and sustainability.


Your Main Tasks:

  • Coordination of incoming allergen information and adaptation of labeling
  • Updating of official requirements for food hygiene and labeling regulations according to legal requirements and participation in the preparation of external audits
  • Participation in the maintenance and expansion of the existing quality management system and HACCP concept
  • Creation and maintenance of QM documentation with the inhouse control system
  • Supervision of cleaning agents and hygiene management
