- Perform monthly billing, cash application, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of accounts receivable reports.
- Analyze and reconcile distributor accounts and open receivables.
- Provide timely updates on franchisee payment trends and open receivables.
- Assist in the preparation of Bad Debt analysis.
- Research and resolve disputed receivables, double billings, short pays, etc.
- Ensure high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Train other team members on position as backup.
- Follow cash application & dunning letter process deadlines.
- Update tracker file for communication and payment plans.
- Assist in various other special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 4-7 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- International Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
- Experience in quick service, franchise operations, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office, with intermediate skills in Excel.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Experience using Microsoft AX AR modules is desirable.
- Working knowledge of a Data Management program including creating and running queries.

This is a direct hire, permanent role with a 100% onsite working schedule.The analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable activities across international operations.
