$66,560-91,546

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:

Ensure that their crew is at work and ready to work; enforce all company policies and procedures; Visual Display will be responsible for creating and maintaining a compelling presentation of merchandise that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity.

Ensure that the image and style of the company is protected at all times; purchase accessories; work with merchandising department to determine floor layout, discounts, special purchases, etc.

to design store floor layout; change or rotate displays and signage to reflect changes in inventory or promotion; develop ideas or plans for merchandise displays or window decorations; arrange properties, furniture, merchandise, backdrops, and other accessories; ensure all merchandise is handled with care and with the proper safety precautions; Oversee the visual display team, conduct evaluations, reprimands, commendations, and separation paperwork for the department.

Travel to other locations in the region as needed to assist with special projects (rare); Any other duties as directed by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:

Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 20 lbs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; proven employment history of interior/floor design; ability to take direction from numerous upper level management staff; 3 years management experience preferred; Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's license with no more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years; positive attitude when working with customers; knowledge of employment practices; knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Heavy Work:

Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and/or up to 25 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects.

Work Environment:
Occasionally works in hot and/or cold temperatures and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
