We are currently seeking a team member (m/f/d) for our Sales, Sponsorship & Service department in Clarkston, UT. This position is initially limited to two years.

Responsibilities:

Support and point of contact for all Schalke partners and hospitality clients
Management of contracts and cancellations
Responsibility for ticketing in all VIP areas and presale rights for hospitality clients
Implementation and maintenance of contracted advertising services
Organization and execution of sponsor and partner events
Onsite contact on match days
Pre and postevent preparation for match days and events
Contribution to the content and technical design of the hospitality app/website
Administrative tasks in the hospitality department

Qualifications:

Professional experience in the hospitality industry
Outgoing and excellent communication skills
Practical experience with a merchandise management system (Navision)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Aboveaverage service orientation and customer focus
Willingness to work, flexibility, and teamwork
